UPS Ground Shipping

Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery most of the year. Allow more time from approximately 12/1 through 12/24. We ship M-F (excluding Holidays). Orders placed after 10:00am (MST) will go out with the next day's shipments. Some items are larger or heavier and will be denoted that additional shipping costs may apply. We will e-mail you the shipping cost and get your approval if this is the case. We also ship some products directly from the manufacturer. Again, we will e-mail you with the shipping cost for your approval.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Continental U.S. Shipping

The shipping chart listed above is for UPS Ground service only. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery. We are happy to ship UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day or Saturday delivery. Just state your preference in the comment section of the order form. We will then email you the quote for your approval.

Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. If your order needs to be delivered other than to a physical address, we can accomodate you. Again, please specify desired service in the comment section and we will e-mail you the shipping quote.

Hawaii & Alaska

Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be by UPS overnight or 2nd Day Air. We will email you a shipping quote.

International Customers

We are not set up at this time to ship international orders. Please check with us again in the future and let us know if you are interested in this service.

Drop Shipping

Several items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. We will confirm the availability with the manufacturer and e-mail you a confirmation within 2 business days. Several of our items are larger and heavier and will be denoted if additional shipping charges apply. We will e-mail you immediately and upon your approval the item/items will be ordered.

Out of Stock Items

If you place an order that has an Out of Stock item, we will notify you immediately with an anticipated delivery date.

Gift Wrap

Gift wrap is available at a cost of $4.00 per item. Please designate Boy or Girl or Birthday. We are happy to enclose a card (they are darling, and only $0.90 extra). Just fill in your personal message under the Comment section. Please note that some items are not available for gift wrap because of size or if it is being drop shipped from the manufacturer.

Sales Tax

If the destination of your package is within Summit County, Colorado, a 7.65% tax will apply. If your destination of your package is outside of Summit County, but with Colorado, a 2.9% tax will apply. If the destination of package is outside of Colorado, no sales tax will be charged.
